Tummy Shake

Whats in it:
1 whole banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup of coconut
1 cup of 2% milk or yogurt
Whats so great about the ingredients:
Banana- are filling, add sweetness, and are full of vitamin B 
Pineapples- juicy, rich in fiber, and good calories
Blueberries- antioxidant powerhouse full of vitamin C
Flax Seed- "the new wonder food"...I put this in everything
Oats- great for energy
Coconut- add some sweetness, texture, and have tons of fiber
Milk/Yogurt- great source of calcium and protein 
Ice- its got to be cold and smooth 

Everything tastes better in a wine glass and with less than 150 calories a serving, this taste AMAZING!

    I did a 3 day detox and tried to add 1 fruit and many veggies. Probably the toughest 3 days , EVER! but I did it and was very proud!
    Now I've become this Fruit Smoothie Junkie!
    I have to try this! Thanks for sharing!!
