Holiday Detox

Now that Christmas has come to an end, I can finally deal with the hard truth.......I have gained 5 lbs!!!  Sweets have never really been my thing, but in the past 2 months I have been making up for lost time. 

So how do I plan on shedding the pounds......diet, exercise, & Shakes!
I read an article in Shape Magazine that suggested to lose a few unwanted pounds all you had to do was replace either Breakfast or Lunch with a shake. So here is my attempted to reduce the bulge.

Gathering the Supplies was Easy, trying to figure out a combination that tasted good, a Challenge!

My 1st Shake: Banana, Coconut, low fat Yogurt/Milk, & Honey

Weekend in Mobile

  My Birthday was yesterday(1 more year closer to 30) and we are visiting Michael's parents in Mobile, so I'll have tons of new post next week. While here we are taking the girls to Bellingrath Gardens, to see Santa, a Holiday Party, and of course the Flea Market. 

Above are a few pictures of Bellingrath Gardens. With over 65 acres, 3 million lights and tons of Christmas Displays, I think the girls are going to love it!
