DIY Under Construction

Michael & I are blessed to have an attached Carport with a huge 12x24 room. In the past year it has turned into a catch all and Michael's "shabby" Office. That is all about to change (thank goodness) as we decided to divide the room into an Office for Michael and a Craft/Storage room for me. The next few months are going to be exciting and a great experience for us to share with you guys our remodel. Here is the 1st of many projects:

Can + Zippers = Cute

Michael seems to think that I might be turning into a Can Hoarder. I have around 50 cans, all different shapes and sizes. You never know when you might need one and if not I always Recycle them. So I came up with this, to get him off my back and to make something Cute.

Supplies: Can, Zippers, & Hot Glue

Just Hot Glue Zippers around Can
(I found the Zips @ Faye's for $0.25)

Matches the Fall Decor

Fall Is Coming

Besides Spring, Fall is my favorite time of the year. With the cooler weather and great Autumn colors, whats not to love. I usually wait to decorate the house for Christmas(around the 1st of November), but since the Girls are older I figured it was time to start Decorating for Fall. This being my 1st year, I don't have a lot to work with. So I'm having to buy a lot of Fall things and of course making a few as well.
Fall Pillows
(Found this Owl @ Kirklands)

Pumpkins & Spice Candles
(New Fall Table Cloth Coming Soon!)
Back Door
(I'm Working on an Awesome Wreath)
Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend and get outside to enjoy the cool Weather!
